Google Docs

It was easy to use Google Docs and it seems a good tool for sharing files. We use Library Shared drive for library documents - it works fine for us. Of course, if people are from different libraries, organisations, then Google Docs is a wonderful way of managing their files. Like Google Calendar events these documents can be accessed from anywhere. It is convenient to get both the Calendar and the Docs from the same interface. I have to say that sometimes (on rare occasions) Google Calendar has experienced technical problems so I couldn't see some of my calendars - or even all of them. I guess the same goes for Google Docs. However, we do have occasional problems with the shared drive - it seems nothing is perfect.
